・基本的に5㎝以上or分岐部に近接（3㎝以内;分岐部 sapheno-femoral or saphenopopliteal junction）であれば治療適応（Fondaparinux 2.5mg or Rivaroxaban 10mg）。45日～3か月。
・risk factorはDVTと似る。年齢・妊娠・悪性腫瘍等。
